Can't attend a face to face session? Don't stress!
There is an option to also do a personalised online coaching option.
An online coaching program is tailored to your individual level, goals and availability which is exactly why it is without a doubt the BEST way to learn your chosen skill. You will be able to practice your chosen skills or training type in the comfort of your own home, gym or local park.
Online training plans run in blocks of 8 weeks.
Each week as a student, you are expected to send through check in videos and progress reports.
You must be able to commit to 3+ training sessions a week & must have some sort of contact other than email such as Imessage, whatsapp or fb messenger.

ONLINE COACHING STEPS;
1. Fill out the contact form and answer all questions regarding your past with training, your future goals and any current or previous injuries.
2. Morgan Rose will be in contact with you regarding pricing & payment options (upfront OR fortnightly direct debit).
3. Once on your online coaching journey, you are expected to send through reports & video check ins once a week. Which will be assessed and feedback will be given for you to work on the following week.
Online video sessions (check in sessions via zoom app) are available to book in. Each session runs for 30 minute time slots. I would recommend these if you are someone wanting real time adjustments and feedback while doing a session.
